Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms\n(whoever may make such errors) and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or\ncancellation of entries after the published closing date. Please type or print clearly and carefully the information on entry forms to eliminate errors. \nDECLINATION OF ENTRIES: Cleveland Shetland Sheepdog Club (CSSC) may decline any\nentries and may remove any dog on account of disease\, viciousness\, or other cause and no one shall have any claim against CSSC or any official thereof. \nENTRY FEES SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED in the event a dog is not allowed to compete in the entered class\, disqualified\, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge\, or barred from competition by action of Show Committee or if because of riots\, civil disturbances\, or other acts beyond the\ncontrol of the management it is impossible to open or complete the Test/Trial. A refund will be given\, less a $5.00 fee\, if the Secretary is notified prior to the trial start and an alternate takes\nthat run. No alternate\, no refund. \nBITCHES IN SEASON will run in catalog order in all trial classes\, but will be placed at the end of the running order in all test classes. \nALL DOGS PRESENT MUST BE HELD ON LEASH or otherwise restricted except when\ncompeting. Under no circumstances will dogs be allowed to disturb the resting stock or interfere outside the arena with another dog’s performance in the arena.
